How to prevent document-specific printing problems

If you have problems when you try to print a particular document, close the problem document, and then try to print a different document. If you cannot print other documents, create a new document, and then try to print it

Follow the steps in Word 2007

2. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click New.
3. Under Blank and recent, click Blank document, and then click Create.
4. Type some text in the new document.
5. Click the Microsoft Office Button, point to Print, and then click Print.
6. In the Print dialog box, click OK.
